Missouri Honey Queen

Our 2012 MSBA Honey Queen is Megan Renee Allen.  Megan is the daughter of Lonnie and Mendy Allen of Amazonia, Missouri, where she lives on the family farm.  Megan will graduate from Savannah High School in the spring of 2012 and plans to attend Missouri Western State University to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy.  She is a past member of 4-H and FFA and is currently in the choir and learning to play the violin.  When not busy with her studies and honey queen responsibilities, Megan enjoys hunting and fishing.

Miss Allen is very knowledgeable about honey bees and beekeeping and is always willing to help out with any beekeeping function that you may have.
