Honey Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3 eggs plus 1 yolk slightly beaten
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- ¾ cups of pecan halves For the top of pie
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions

Combine the first 7 ingredients until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on the top of the filling. Bake in a 325° oven for 50 minutes.
