Mix sauce in small bowl. Toss dry ingredients in large bowl. Pour sauce over cereal mixture. Toss it gently to coat cereal. Scatter on foil lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 205 degrees for 25 minutes stirring frequently. Turn oven off and let the pan stay in the oven 1 hour to continue crisping. When cool store in zip lock bag or box.
